irctoo (irc.irctoo.net) was started in 2001 by driz because of disatisfaction with dalnet. We currently have a strong hub backbone and an established user base. We distinguish ourselves from other irc networks because of our philosophy of an irc community rather than just a medium for people to connect to. We strive to be based upon the users that represent our community, and do not have a narrow focus like most. Recent flux of large channels to our network has increased the need for reliable client servers and good trusthworthy staff.
