May I first ask people to be a tad more helpful than this...
Putting that aside, RXCF, that was the wrong way to ask for help. A good one may be:
"I tried to restart Anope, but the IRCd gave an error: "Link already exists between services.network.com and irc.network.com"
or somesuch |

I have to concur. If you don't know how to restart services you probably should not be running a network at all.
Read the manual!...... I know it seems harsh, but it really is the best way to learn, far better in most cases then asking for help on forums. |
