This versios is a open proyect in mind, their name is:

ircd 3.2 for Room Conference, Their idea is integrate video/conferece with protocols stantadar h.323 over Open Platforms with Open tools, X-11 for share desktops, Hight Cliptography, node clients, and free suit of browser and e-mail over open tools. For peer to peer proyects.

you have picked that up wrong, CR1.8.03 is a commercial program found at www.webmaster.com

unreal3.2 rc2fix (the latest at time of posting i think) is the opensource unrealircd found at www.unrealircd.com

yes its right that conference room is making a video type thing but i dunno much about it, but i do believe its only going to be on the pro version @ $5,000 price tag or what ever the cost is, right now for people who do ircd's as a hobby we dont really want to see each others ugly face online, we usualy have webcams on java apps, and manage to do it for free. you got to remember the target audience of CR and thats the high corporate level messaging, thus the price, rest of us make with a 15$ shell and an editor like pico, vi, vim, emacs choose what you wish, and somewhat steep learning curve, while CR has a nice gui interface that alows you to setup a farily good ircd in about 15 to 20 min.

About the New Generation, yeah we need IRCops with Top level in our CoMaster Stafs, This is the time of more short network, than can adapt for relink. We need opers with knowledge of TCL scripts or that know what is X-11, and that know too what is h.323. Who need 30000 services bot, for to be in the list of the top networks. This isn't my case. And not incompatible databases that only make buffer overflow. For sell commercial products.

About the release RC, do u type /version and see the version and the modes that is using and the RC2/fix2 modes.

About CR, yes I study a Conference Room 1.8.4, not 1.8.03. I probe a CR network with 5 servers and the HUB server PreView 2.2 in the Operserv, and I see ur preview for Linux too, 2.2.

This version is a toy if u see what is the last ircu version, the cryphtology of Unrealircd, or the services in dancer.

My network use some times different servers, the last probe was a link between Unrealircd, wIRCd 3.2, Ultimate, Bahamut and iServices ...

Why don't develop a algorithm of croack keys, and protect ur users, like the good networks do.

Becouse u don't know how, in ur Preview 2.2 in Thailand, I can see all the full IP adress of the users ...
