I have been trying to connect to a few Undernet servers and some other small ones and I have been getting this error message, * Unable to connect to server (Connection refused).
Would this be at my end or theirs?
I know that I was able to connect to one particular small net yesterday however today is no go. |

I used the default "irc.undernet.org" and was able to connect to Sterling.VA.US.Undernet.Org
