SearchIRC will NOT help you find nuke programs
SearchIRC will NOT help you take down EFnet
and...
It is NOT against the First Amendment for a channel operator to ban you for flooding in all caps.
If you ask these things, please do not expect an answer. :) |

And good shell providers that host IRC will prosecute those who choose to do it, in my opinion. |
