The IRC href link works as supposed to with IE but my Firebird adds some extra characters..
like my channel is ->EE<- and the channel Mozilla connects to #-EEEC-
I know its not my instance of Mozilla cuz someone brought this to my attention. I also tried connecting to a 20 user IRC link here to make sure my href formatting is correct...same thing

| Problem is, high ascii and even some regular characters that are seen just fine on IRC networks, are handled differently by some web browsers. Those channels won't translate well to urls, including irc:// |
