You are probably a victim of colateral damage.
Many nets g-line a wide ip/host range upon dealing with clones/drones or similar things.
What you could do is:
1. Find a cgi/pjirc client, logon to ausnet and find a ircop and explain your problem
2. Logon from a mate's house/school/work or anyone you know, and find a ircop and explain the problem
3. keep bugging them on mail
